• Do all products come bottled and ready? Yes, all products come pre-bottled and capped. You are responsible for your own label creation and application.

• Can I order more product than the quantities I see available on the website ? Yes, please complete a contact us form and our wholesaling department will reach out to you.

• I am new to having my own line of products. Does Private Label Hair Care Co teach me how to get my line started ? Yes, after placing your order you will receive links to our private video tutorials via email.

• Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to multiple countries. If you can not purchase via our website due to Shopify restriction please send jus a contact form and we will assist you.

• My shipping address was incorrect, can I update the address after ordering? Once an order is shipped we can not update the mailing address. You will need to await the package return and contact us for assistance.
